Can I choose more than one reward? No, you can only choose one reward per claim you make.

How long do I have to redeem a reward? You have 30 days from your date of purchase to claim a reward.

Why can I only redeem a reward online? The main benefit of redeeming your reward online is that you may receive your reward quicker. NOTE: validation is not from point of submitting your redemption claim. We will need a few days to check your proof of purchase and validate your claim. If you chose to post your proof of purchase to us, please allow up to 14 days for validation to be completed.

Can I gift the reward to someone else? The reward is exclusively for you as a valued Nikon Australia customer and the reward will be sent to your nominated bank account.

Who do I call if I have a question about the reward I chose? Any queries relating to your chosen reward should be directed to our promotions support on 1300 787 190 (Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm).

Will Nikon Australia send me information via email now that I’ve supplied an email address? If you have opted in to communications from Nikon Australia when you submit your claim, you have given us consent to email you with Nikon news and promotions. If you change your mind at any time in the future, you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe prompts on our emails. If you have not opted in to communications from Nikon Australia, we will only email you updates on the progress of your claim.

Will I be contacted by approved participating suppliers now that I have submitted my email address? Suppliers will outline how they will use your information in the reward terms and conditions so we suggest you read these before making your decision. Don’t forget that if you do receive future emails from a particular supplier, you can unsubscribe from receiving these when you receive their next email. They are obligated to remove your details from their marketing list.

When will I receive my EFT? EFT stands for an Electronic Funds Transfer, which simply means that the cash back will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account. Please allow approximately 14 days from receipt and validation of correct documents for your claim to be processed.
